Repair damaged hull due to corrosion, extent of damage estimated to be x2 100mm x 100mm stern midships.
UT (Ultra Thickness Test) area of damage to determine parent steel thickness and establish a foundation for repair. Parent steel thickness of hull determined and area to be welding mapped out.
Clean and prepare area in accordance with Underwater Welding Code. AWS D3.6M
Wet weld repair as per TMS weld repair procedure approved by DNV surveyor with qualified coded welder.
Document and report in accordance with DNV Class
All diving will be carried out under Tailored Marine Solutions (TMS) Dive Operations Manuel (DOM) and in accordance with AS / NZS 2299.1:2015 Occupational diving operations standard operational practice.
